The LifeBook Project™

The goal of the LifeBook Project™ is to gather all the important photos from a client’s family albums and digitize them for quick retrieval, easy distribution and safe storage.

The resulting LifeBook is a growing library for a family to deposit and archive all important flat art items such as documents, scrapbooks, new photos, videos, holiday cards, important correspondence, snapshots taken for insurance purposes, etc.  Anything that can be scanned can go into the LifeBook.  As needed, elements of the LifeBook, or an entire copy of the LifeBook, can be put onto CD or DVD for distribution to family, friends, insurance agents or safe storage.

Having your own LifeBook is a way to insure that you’ll never lose priceless images to theft, fire, flood or any other unexpected event.

Your LifeBook Project begins by having one of our technicians scan all of your important flat art items.  Due to the valuable nature of old photos and memorabilia, we prefer to set up a worktable and do the scanning on your premises.  Once the initial database is created you may choose to have us maintain it or manage it on your own.

Another service we offer is the organization of the photos and other files into an elegant hard cover album or video program.  Click on the thumbnails to the right to page through a recently completed LifeBook Album documenting the first two years of a little girl’s life.  There were over 5,500 photos used in the creation of this LifeBook.
