PORTRAITURE 1 - College level and University Extention Usually given as a series of 3-9 meetings

Taking top quality portraits is easy and fun! This class teaches you to produce professional people pictures using the same techniques the pros use in the studio and on location. Students will learn how to acquire and use reasonably priced lighting equipment to build a temporary home studio and a location shooting kit. Various lighting styles and shooting situations will be demonstrated. Students will get basic assignments during the first two meetings and show their results in class. If you’ve ever wanted to take pictures for weddings, families, newspapers or books, this class is essential. Take your photography to a new level. This is the follow up course to “Getting Great Portraits” and “Basic Portraiture” offered by Jeffery Luhn.Bring your camera and tripod to class.
